Dark waves rise
always Taking us by Surprise

Oh how I wish I lived at the seaside
I could soak up the sounds from the shore

Out there scary
Over stimulation
Buzzing sensation
Shut down sequence activated...

Can’t settle that sleepy head, that busy head, as it lays against the pillow
As the body relaxes...

I slipped and fell
and broke my mind

Why can't I stomach this?
just why?
I used to love the smell and taste

Anxiety sits here
Lives in the brain
And Between the waking hours holds me hostage to those...
