Poem -

Bloody Heart

Triumph has come at last as my people are freed
They were stricken from disease where they were taken to the mountains high above
For they were accused of being vampires
The blood drip down from the cross, as the blood poured down from the hilltop unto the river
Red ruby waters streamed as the screams fell upon my ears
Where now shall they go, where now shall they stay
Unto the black shadows of victims
the thirst of a bloody heart will call unto thee
And the bite of the bat will seem simple compared to the fangs from the ravenous creatures
The nights shall be long and the deaths shall be many
Twas only a blood drop that remains on this cold stone floor
But my bloody heart has been eaten away and now the time will
remain, until I become one of them
