You were untruthful to yourself.

You made a promise...

So many missed moments,
Hundred missed opportunities.
Mistakes made over and over again....

As I sit here reading poetry
a little down and feeling blue
I think I shall read something...

salty tears that fill the sea

her body aches out of feathers out of gold,

Glass of wine,

Making myself all comfy, relaxed as one can be

Time flies,
one minute after the next.

One minute closer to love.

Here I go into an abyss of unknown
I am an experienced sailor in the sea of the loss

I've seen it all
The best and the worst
The terrible secrets
Lied to and cursed...

They
They never asked only assumed.
That those laughs and smiles were what fabricated me ....

The leaves on the trees turning from yellow to brown

with a stiff wind soon on the ground

I sit
Silently
In a classroom
Slowly going insane
As the seconds tick through...

Is that your plan ? you move mountains and maraud daffodils, draped in purple and gold ironies.

I should've seen the warning sign

Her blood-shot stop light sojourner

There is a new plague in our midst,
Slaughtering the innocence of our young,
Filling minds...

I didn’t grow inside your belly
I grew inside your heart
You didn’t have to stick around...
